Cat is a Program Manager on the Product Introduction and Access team at AVAC where she manages the BioPIC project and PrEPWatch.org. In this role, Cat convenes experts and stakeholders to generate insights for people-centered product delivery, coordinates product introduction plans for new forms of long-acting PrEP, and ensures PrEPWatch.org remains the go-to source of information to help the global community deliver PrEP. Since joining AVAC, Cat has supported a full redesign of PrEPWatch.org and launched the Integrated Study Tracker.
Prior to joining AVAC, Cat worked for MSI Reproductive Choices for 11 years in a variety of roles, most recently as Global Channel Manager, where she provided leadership, operational direction, and direct technical support to three channels delivering high quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services across 26 countries in Africa and Asia.
Cat joined AVAC in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in SRH service delivery. Cat holds a BA from McGill University, with a major in International Development Studies and double minor in Latin American Literature and Middle Eastern Languages, and an MSc from the University of Edinburgh with a concentration in Global Health.
