Objective:Planned PrEP demonstration project in healthcare settings. 'Sophocles' is the theoretical part of the study, recruiting recently diagnosed seeds and identifying high risk MSM stemming from their sexual networks. The study aims to characterize a bridging MSM network (n=250) by measuring individual-level risk factors, network-level connections, and HIV phylogenetic clusters.
