Nicole’s advocacy reshaped HIV prevention advocacy among sex workers in Kenya by merging data, lived experience, and grassroots mobilization. She led community dialogues and research in Kajiado county to uncover the real barriers sex workers face in accessing PrEP. Through partnerships with local healthcare providers and rights organizations, she developed inclusive educational tools and advocated for mobile health services in remote areas. Nicole centers the voices of young sex workers in policy spaces, using storytelling and direct engagement to challenge stigma. Her work builds a foundation for sustainable change by prioritizing inclusion, dignity, and access for all sex workers.
